Model Tours by Appointment Only

Model Tours

Self-guided models tours can be scheduled here: ​​

  • Tour hours are Thursday - Monday: 10AM-6PM, subject to availability. Models Closed Tuesdays & Wednesday.

  • Please note that if you choose a self-guided tour, the sales team will be not be available to accompany the walk through the models. To meet with our Sales Team, please schedule a Sales Appointment.

Sales Meetings are by appointment only. ​

  • Due to high demand and limited  availability, interested buyers must be Pre-Approved  prior to scheduling a meeting with our Sales Team.​​

  • Once your Pre-Approval has been submitted in the form below our team will review and reach out to schedule an Appointment with a Calendar link.

  • Upon receiving the Calendar, select an appointment time. Tour hours are Thursday - Monday: 10AM-6PM, subject to availability. Office Closed Tuesdays & Wednesday.

  • Cash Buyers: Please contact our sales office directly for tour instructions.

  • If working with a Real Estate Agents, they must be present at the first visit. No exceptions.

  • Tours of available homesites are not guaranteed and subject to construction schedules.

TOUR REQUEST

Once your Pre-Approval has been submitted, our sales team will review and reach out to schedule an appointment. Pre-Approvals from outside lenders will not be considered. A Pre-Approval is not an application for a loan and you are not required to use our Preferred Builder Trusted Lender to finance the purchase of your home.
